From municipal sewage sludge to hygenized and homogenized mineral solid fertilizer
Raw materials (waste) and sewage sludge are produced in ever-increasing amounts as a result of human consumption. Combustion in power plants and agricultural use with the processes and technologies currently used represent very high cost factors for the municipalities, agriculture and forestry and the associated high environmental impact.
Environmental problems when spreading sewage sludge, such as heavy metal entry in agricultural areas as "long-term dumps", through untreated municipal sewage sludge, a high concentration of pathogens, antibiotics and inhibitors in sewage sludge, nitrate and phosphate entry into surface water and groundwater during fertilization are currently causing major problems in the sewage sludge spreading according to conventional methods.
In this regard, the use of sewage sludge as an important commercial fertilizer or as hazardous waste is currently being discussed controversially.
The fact is that the spreading of non-processing sewage sludge, which poses a risk to the general public, should be banned.
This makes the use of innovative, environmentally friendly processing methods absolutely necessary.

We have installed a sewage sludge incineration plant in Pisek.
50 thousand inhabitants produce about 12 thousand tons of sewage sludge per year.
We can process these quantities with our plant and produce a full organic mineral fertilizer from the sewage sludge ash which is certified and compliant with the requirements of the Fertilizer Ordinance.

The system is a modular system. All units are installed in containers and completely wired ready to plug in.

The environmental impact is extremely low. The exhaust gases are below the limit values.
The plant works with 80% sewage sludge and 20% wood chips.
It runs fully automatically except for loading of the sewage sludge and wood chips. Here, the materials are filled into the storage containers using machine technology.
